Pav bhaji, a popular indian street food, is ready.

The Bhaji Bae Story:

From the Tava to the Table

The Sizzle of Nostalgia.

It started with a sound: the rhythmic clink-clink-clink of a heavy iron spatula against a searing tava. For most of us, that sound is the heartbeat of the Indian evening. It’s the aroma of Amul butter hitting a hot surface, the vibrant red of Kashmiri chilies, and the impatient wait for a plate of Pav Bhaji that feels like home.

At Bhaji Bae, we believe that the soul of India’s street food is too precious to be confined to the curb. We took the "Bae" in our name seriously—because, for us, this food is truly Before Anyone Else.

The Evolution of a Classic.

We didn’t want to change the recipes that have fed generations; we wanted to honour them. Our journey involved traveling from the bustling lanes to the spice markets to master the perfect "mash."

But we also knew that "premium" isn't just about the price tag—it’s about the experience. It’s about sourcing organic, farm-fresh vegetables, using artisanal sourdough pav, and serving it all in an atmosphere that matches the boldness of our spices.
